A: ANYTHING. Whatever you send or whatever you ask us to create, we will do our very best to deliver what you are looking for.

Q: How can I send my picture to you ?
A: You can send any image either by uploading it on this website, emailing it to picturewatch@crown-lane.co.uk (putting your surname and postcode in the subject line) or send you image to us in the post.

Q: I want a family crest but I don't have one to send you ?
A: we have over 1 million family crests in our database, we are sure to have the one you are looking for.

Q: I want a military badge, do I have to send you a copy of it ?
A: No. We have a large database containing many military badges, crests and emblems. If we don't have it
we will find it.

Q: How can I get my Picturewatch repaired overseas ?
A: Picturewatch has international service centres established in most countries. Please contact us directly if you have any difficulty.

Q: Can the watch be engraved ?
A: Picturewatch make the perfect gift and the case back has been designed with room to allow your own engraving to be added.

Q: Can I swim in my Picturewatch ?
A: Picturewatch models are water resistant to 30 metres or 3ATM to provide protection against accidentally placing your watch in water, however this is not suitable for swimming.
